keyboard mapping

Hi, thanks for the answers.

I'ma discovering that the ins key does not exist; the suggested key sequence does works fine for mark/unmark read document, but is not the "ins" key.

The esc key does the job well for the Notes client under Mac OSX.
The problem I still have is with the Notes Client (Designer and Administrator) running in a win XP pro VM under vmware Fusion.

In this case the ESC key does not map to CTRL-ALT-BREAK in the VM. Any suggestion?
